Welcome to using "AI Roll". "AI Roll" is a mobile application that allows you to take photos and apply filters, and users can generate "AI Filters" based on the app. "AI Filters" refer to entirely new filters generated by the AI Roll algorithm after a user selects a basic filter.

Before using "AI Roll", we remind you to carefully read this "User Agreement". If you are under 14 years of age, please read it under the guidance of your legal guardian. If you do not agree with all or part of this Agreement, please stop using "AI Roll". Thank you for your understanding and support.

1 Scope of the Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between you and the developers of "AI Roll" regarding your use of "AI Roll". We may update this Agreement at any time based on changes in legal policies, operational conditions, business strategies, and other factors.

2 Lawful Use

You are responsible for the authenticity and legality of the data captured, produced, stored, and published using "AI Roll". You shall not use "AI Roll" to capture, produce, store, or publish any illegal content, including but not limited to pornographic content, violent content, content that endangers national security, infringing content, and other illegal content. If you violate this Agreement, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your use of "AI Roll" and to pursue legal liabilities. Should your infringing actions cause damage to any third party, you shall bear all legal responsibilities independently.

3 Disclaimer

You understand and agree that the risks associated with using this application are borne solely by you. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, etc.) resulting from your use or inability to use this application.

We have taken reasonable measures to ensure the stability and security of this application, but we cannot guarantee that it is completely error-free or uninterrupted. You should regularly back up important data to prevent data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you have paid for using this application.

4 Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights of the code, filters, technology, design, and other content of "AI Roll" belong to the "AI Roll" development team. You are granted a limited, personal, and revocable license to use "AI Roll"; our grant of this license does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights.

You hold the intellectual property rights to the photos taken using "AI Roll", including but not limited to the right of attribution, copyright, and revenue rights. However, the photos you take must not infringe upon the legitimate rights of any third party or violate any mandatory provisions of applicable laws and regulations.

The copyright of the "AI Filters" generated by users through this platform belongs to the platform.

The platform grants users a non-exclusive, revocable license worldwide to use, copy, modify, and distribute the "AI Filters" they generate for personal or commercial purposes.

Users warrant that the "AI Filters" they generate do not infringe upon the rights of any third party. If any legal disputes arise from the "AI Filters" generated by users, the user shall bear all responsibilities.

5 Amendments, Interruption, and Termination of the Agreement

The developers of "AI Roll" may amend, interrupt, or terminate the services of "AI Roll" based on changes in legal policies, operational conditions, business strategies, and other factors. You should be aware of this.

6 Purchases

"AI Roll" offers the purchase of virtual products, including but not limited to paid filters, advanced editing features, etc. We may adjust, remove, or add new virtual product content and may adjust the prices of virtual products based on market changes. You should be aware of this.

7 Jurisdiction

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultations between the parties.

If consultations fail, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the location of the "AI Roll" developers for litigation.

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict of law rules).

This provision does not affect any other rights or remedies available to either party under applicable law.
